Ultrapure Water

The role of Ultrapure water(UPW) is increasing in electronic industries such as semiconductors and display (LCD, OLED), etc. With the development of the relevant sectors, the quality control over the UPW has more tightened up.

The following conditions are to be met necessarily to produce ultrapure water consistently.

  • Low uniformity coefficient of resins (1.1↓)

  • High conversion rate of resins (H+, OH-)

  • Strict control over TOC (Total Organic Carbon) and trace metal-ion through post-treatment on resins.

TRILITE UPW resins own reliable supply reference to various ultrapure water systems from LCD(Samsung Display, LG Display, etc.) to semiconductor(Samsung Electronics, SK Hynix, etc.) thus contributing to competitiveness with customers with stable quality control and on time delivery.


TRILITE UPW resins are classified as: Primary application - UPR100 Series, Secondary application - UPR200 Series, and Final Polishing application – UPR300 Series.
