The role of Ultrapure water(UPW) is increasing in electronic industries such as semiconductors and display (LCD, OLED), etc. With the development of the relevant sectors, the quality control over the UPW has more tightened up.
The following conditions are to be met necessarily to produce ultrapure water consistently.
Low uniformity coefficient of resins (1.1↓)
High conversion rate of resins (H+, OH-)
Strict control over TOC (Total Organic Carbon) and trace metal-ion through post-treatment on resins.
